I am 14 months out--down 151 pounds

B:  2 asparagus spears with a dab of butter/1 egg scramble with red pepper, onion, spinach
      1-2 tablespooon cream in coffee as the day progresses
L:  lettuce wrap/1 romaine leaf,1 oscar meyer thin deli ham, 1 slice pepper jack cheese/1 tsp    mayo/4 Bread & Butter pickle slices
D:  3 oz prime rib/0.75 ounces roasted carrots/3 tablespoons horseradish, sour cream sauce
S:  4 cashews
I get all my protein now without shakes.  It is below the recommended amount (I usually get between 40 and 60 grams) but my serum albumen levels are good, which indicate I am not protein deficient.
Fluids:  64 oz water/2-3 cups coffee
Exercise:  1 hour of Zumba toning
Vits:  I take my supplements religiously every day
calories:  781
grams carbs:  22
grams protein:  39
I am still trying to restrict my calories, I have another 12 pounds to lose.  Some days I get in about 1100, other days, like today, it is around 800.

 B: 1 Turkey hill Italian Turkey sausage
L: 32 oz pineapple and coconut gladiator smoothie from Smoothie King
S: Tiger's Milk peanut butter bar
D: 1 cup of watermelon

Exercise- 90 minutes of hot yoga

Fluids: besides the smoothie, water and Arnold Palmer half and half light

B- Protein coffee and 1/10th of an I-hop hearty ham and cheese omelette (I eat a few bites every morning so it lasts all week)
L- 1 oz filet mignon from dinner last night. 1/2 c steamed green beans
D-1 oz filet mignon leftover 1 cup mixed baby spring mix with blue cheese dressing and 1/2 hard boiled egg sliced

Water working on my last 16 to may 80 oz
Exercise 45 minutes on stationary bike at 13 MPH
Vitamins all in

B: hawaiin roll
S: almonds, granola bar
L: crunchy taco, snack size doritos (taco bell)
D: ham, chicken buffalo dip, few tortilla chips
S: veggies, dip, and 1/2 donut

Total crap carb day....up at 7am....just now home from work...midnight...ugh
Tomorrow shall be better...
