Sweet Tooth
I haven't had a serious sweet tooth yet but when I get a little itch I go for the SF popsicle or SF/FF Instant pudding. It always satisfies! Actually I had such an issue with the sweet protein drinks weeks 1 and 2 I never could stand anything else sweet in my mouth! My cravings tend to go to chewing and/or crunching.
My sweet tooth is satisfied by my Bariatric Advantage calcium chews, which I get daily!!! Perk! The lemon ones taste like a starburst and the chocolate ones taste like a tootsie roll. Works for me...

Thanks for all the replies. I have everything you've listed. I guess I was wanting something more. Us women have that monthly urge for chocolate.
So, going back to my Atkins days I thought about Russell Stover Sugar Free candies. They are yummy. I picked up the Sugar Free creamy chocolate candy bar tonight. 1 carb, 3 protein, 45 sodium and 380 calories.
