Just a PSA - when driving your car, don't flash your high beams at runners!
If you are driving along at night or in the evening and you see a runner on the road DO NOT TURN YOUR HIGH BEAMS ON THEM, it does not help them see you (trust me, they already know you are coming), it does not help you to not hit them. What it DOES do is make them completely night blind, and it SUCKS. I nearly broke my ankle last night b/c someone did this to me and I ended up putting my foot right into a pot hole that I could not see b/c of the stars still flashing in my eyes from being hit with the high beams.
So be kind to runners and don't flash them (high beams or anything else thank you).

I'm going to go ahead and request an addendum to this: just don't use your high beams at all. Especially if you have those annoying hallogen lights. Unless it's SUPER foggy and you literally can't see a foot in front of you, don't use them. They really hurt everyone's eyes and everyone thinks you're a !@#$.
