So when am I supposed to drink?
I agree! But I'm way to exhausted right now to make it past that. I can't sip the snack right now because I already struggle to get my protein in with it and I will NOT do another protein shake in it's place as I hate them all. I know it'll get easier as I can eat a bit more and drinking isn't so difficult but right now I may be getting 45oz a day and I can feel it!

I have pretty much the same eating schedule as you do. I drink water when I wake up to take meds. 1 pill, sip, 2nd pill, sip. End up sipping 8 oz while getting ready for work.
I also follow 30/30 rule, but I have noticed tha****er doesn't really make you feel full, so really just sip water all day, whenever I think of it. Good luck!

I remember this as an anxious time in terms of drinking, the saving grace was the liquid in the shakes. I never observed the before rule, it just never made sense to me as water runs in and out. the after one i did and still do. just attach your hand to tha****er bottle until you can drink quicker. Good luck
At first, eating and drinking was definitely a full time job. I never followed the before rule. To me it seemed pointless plus it made it even more difficult to get the needed fluids in for the day.
Always have water with you and drink, drink, drink all day long. Eventually, it gets easier.

My instructions are to stop 15 minutes prior to eating and wait 45 minutes after... I usually try to wait an hour after. I usually can tell if I drink too soon... the water doesn't hit an empty stomach feel and I get nausious. If I drink too soon... I do not get nausious. Hope the nausea goes away, but it has kept me from drinking too soon after a meal.

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
