Just saw an episode, and it was filled with some great ideas :0)

Kale chips:  wash, spin dry.  Place on a cookie sheet(s), spray with Pam, a little salt on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.  They turn out super crispy and a little salty- 15 calories per cup and getting some veg in instead of potato chips or other poor choice.  Nice!  Going out to get me some kale to try this :)

Wholefoods sells kale chips and they are really good (lots of flavors too).  I hate cooking, so the pre-made ones work for me!

Okay I need to try the ones from Whole Foods.  I've bought kale 3 times expressly to try this and have failed to get it done every time.

I don't know what I'm more impressed with--you digging up your own post or the pictures! lol

Kale chips have been around quite sometime and are a great go to--I also like to make brussel sprout chips. :)
