NSV - Finished couch-to-5K program

Congratulations!  What program are you going to follow next?  I went from c25k to a beginner's marathon program (35 weeks), and it has been a pretty painless transition.  I'm about 12 weeks in thus far.

Thinking about doing to Bridge to 10K program....

or I may just stick with the 5K distance for a while and get my ass in the gym and on some weights.

I am kicking around the Bridge to 10k, I just feel like going back to intravals is going to throw me off my game. Let me know if you do it and what you think!
