I have read before that you can take a low carb soft tortilla, spread a little olive oil on it, and crisp it for a minute or two before adding toppings and heating again. Haven't tried it though!

I've roasted Turkey Pepperoni slices and then topped with a  four cheese blend on top and then roasted the cheese again.....smells like a pepperoni pizza.....yummy just that way.....just don't have anything to put them on yet.....

We make tortilla pizzas at home and they are wonderful. Fun for the whole family to make their own too. No need to bake the tortillas before and, just throw all your toppings on, put them in the about for about 5 minutes and their done. Yummy!

I buy these mini lavash pitas that are low carb. I take one pita and add pizza sauce and fiesta blend cheese and turkey pepperoni and cook it in the toaster oven for like 5-10 minutes and its yummy.. lets see

I can find the actual lavash bread at walmart in the bakery section sometimes, but I had to order the mini pitas online from their main website. It is really yummy :)

Cauliflower crust pizza is pretty tasty. It does NOT taste like pizza dough obviously, but it gets crispy, and is a great alternative to pizza dough.

Just check out allrecipes.com for the recipe
