Thanks everyone for your supportive comments. After venting and calming down some I realize your all right, she doesnt know **** about WLS so I am disregarding any word from her mouth about WLS.

it really is a shame when it comes from the people who are supposed to be guiding you to a healthy lifestyle (those in dr.'s offices and such). without knowing your history and talking about it, people put their opinions onto others unfairly. glad you vented on here!

Wow...you're a better person than me. I would have gotten up, walked out, and then complained to the office manager. Who the heck does she think she is? I would never let anyone tell me "you're not changing your eating habits so it won't work" without saying something very cutting back to them. How dare she???
