Hot spices and new sleeves? (flavoring broths)
I just sprinkled a little Cavender's Greek Seasoning in to my chicken broth and it made it delicious!
That got me to wondering about other seasonings. Cajun in beef broth, maybe.
And that got me to wondering, do spicy foods set off your sleeve in those early weeks before it's healed? It seems like they would.
Anyway, I recommend the Cavender's. It took bland broth and made it tasty. I'm sure it would work for beef, too.

Your experience may vary, but while on clears/fulls I was craving spice and added Franks Red Hot wing sauce to my chicken broth/protein soup. It was great! Mushies- my fav go to was a couple spoons of refried beans topped with Greek yogurt and hot sauce, and some thin salsa and cheese.. Hot stuff has never bothered me.
