Whan a great story and an even better.. is that you are an inspiration and hero for your kids.
Losing all your weight in less than a year shows incredible determination - and that's something that all of us here (especially in the beginnings of our journeys) could use a lesson in.

Congratulations Bro! It has been quite the ride for you man! Like a roller coaster......it had it's ups and downs....but you made it and are enjoying this "new" waffle! I'm proud of what you have accomplished ....and more proud to call you my friend! Nice to see a lovely lady at your side.......I'm sure she feels honored to be there. Next time we chill....beer's on me
