I will jump in here today. I just spent a week on vacation, followed by a three day business trip. Up three pounds and feeling it in my jeans. Time to cut back and get them off, the pounds, not the jeans! My goal is to get them off before next Monday.

Bkfast: protein shake with 1/2 cup skim milk, 1/3 frzn banana, 1 TBS sunflower butter, two scoops of whey vanilla protein powder
Lunch: Get this, my daughter took me to my fav mexican restaurant that I've stayed away from since being sleeved. I truly feel like I have got myself into new habits because I ordered a chicken chimichanga type thing (pollo fundido) and I scooped 2 oz of the seasoned chicken breast OUT of the tortilla, ate it with the cheese and didn't have one bite of that carby tortilla. I had three little bites of the bean dip and only two chips. I feel more elated about this new way of eating than anything. I feel empowered!!! YEAH....GO MEEE!!
Dinner will be some more chicken!
Water: 5 cups..will need to go over my usual 8 cups due to some hardcore sweating at the gym today!
Exercise: On top of the 4.5 mph 40 min walk, I RAN a 12 minute mile today. Speechless. Just completely in awe of this new body that gets around easier and faster!
Vits: half done!
