B: Homemade turkey chili (with beans) - a little less than 1 c; couple bites of cole slaw
S: Coffee w/ half and half and splenda
L: 1 1/2 turkey meatballs, a couple bites of brocoli and a couple bites of brown rice (ate 1 bite too many and out it came - 2 years out, I will never learn....)
S: 1 c plain non fat greek yogurt (flavored w/ a bit of sf/ff white chocolate instant pudding mix) with strawberry chunks

L: 1.5 cups of tortilla soup from Costco 225 cals.
S: 1 cup cauliflower, peas and chickpeas with coconut curry sauce ( I am guessing here, about 150 cals)
D: Tilapia with onions and tikka masala sauce, about 150 calories.
S: cottage cheese with strawberries and a bit of splenda 200 cals.
B: One scrambled egg with two small chicken breakfast sausages 140 cals.
L: 1.5 cups of tortilla soup from Costco 225 cals.
