Wow, not gonna lie... having a rough day today. Lots of stress and not reacting to it well. No excuse, though. I'm going to have stress in my life and I have to find a better way to deal with it.
B: protein hot chocolate; coffee w/sugar free creamer
S: one scrambled egg and one scrambled egg white

L: 1/2 turkey sandwich, 5 cheetos, 1/2 oatmeal cookie
S: broccoli, string cheese
D: baked spicy mustard swai (fish), cucumber slices

exercise: not sure yet... would love to squeeze something in tonight so it can help with my stress level

B: Half of a Yoplait Greek Yogurt Peach - EW never again.
L: Left over snow crab meat from last nights dinner. Probably only 1oz is all I ate. Oh and 2 small broccoli florets
S: SF Jello cup with whipped cream
D: I am so unsure! I forgot to pack something in my Bento for this. I am going to get my nails done right after work and I have nothing on hand. EEK! Maybe I will grab something from somewhere, something high in protein for sure!

I have a question. I read this post everyday and I notice not a lot of people mention protein drinks. I know most of you are much further out than me but are you getting all of your protein from food? I would love to get the drinks down to 1x a day but my nut told me to have 75g-85g a day. I know most of you have more so I'm trying to do that too but I find it hard to get over 75g without the 2nd shake. Just curious.
