Wow, not gonna lie... having a rough day today.  Lots of stress and not reacting to it well.  No excuse, though.  I'm going to have stress in my life and I have to find a better way to deal with it.

B: protein hot chocolate; coffee w/sugar free creamer
S: one scrambled egg and one scrambled egg white
S: mini milky way
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich, 5 cheetos, 1/2 oatmeal cookie
S: broccoli, string cheese
D: baked spicy mustard swai (fish), cucumber slices

water: behind
vites: done
exercise: not sure yet... would love to squeeze something in tonight so it can help with my stress level

D: homemade all meat chili with 1 oz of cheese
S: - I have WLS support group and we are having someone from the culinary institute give us a cooking demonstration. WOOT! I'm sure I'll find something to snack on and it'll be guiltless because I'll be at group. Cool!

Vitamins: monring are done
Water/Fluid: one number 6
Exercise: Weights tonight

B: Half of a Yoplait Greek Yogurt Peach - EW never again.
L: Left over snow crab meat from last nights dinner. Probably only 1oz is all I ate. Oh and 2 small broccoli florets
S: SF Jello cup with whipped cream
D: I am so unsure! I forgot to pack something in my Bento for this. I am going to get my nails done right after work and I have nothing on hand. EEK! Maybe I will grab something from somewhere, something high in protein for sure!

Water: So behind today but will catch up
Vites: Done
Exercise: I will get on the elliptical for 30 min

B: Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (sweetened with Crystal Light Cherry Pomogrante)
S: None
L: Tuna scoop with tomato slices
S: None
D: 2 oz. ground taco beef, 1 oz. shredded cheddar cheese, salsa & tomato slices

Water: 4 glasses so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 20 min. of brisk walking with some stairs. Later, 45 minutes of cardio.

I actually tried it for the first time today. One of my sleeve friends suggested it when I told him I missed cherry flavored yogurt. I used 1/2 a packet of those individual servings & it was sooo yummy. It mixes really well!

I have a question. I read this post everyday and I notice not a lot of people mention protein drinks. I know most of you are much further out than me but are you getting all of your protein from food? I would love to get the drinks down to 1x a day but my nut told me to have 75g-85g a day. I know most of you have more so I'm trying to do that too but I find it hard to get over 75g without the 2nd shake. Just curious.

I never drank 1 protein drink...tried twice and they made me vomit both times. I didn't get in my minumum of 60 g of protein until I was almost 4 months out too...
