I had a NSV yesterday- I was able to cross my legs!!
B: hard boiled egg
S: 1 oz cheese
L: 1 oz Sausage
D: Have not decided... either Cajun Talapia or Homemade Chili
S: Protein Smoothie
water: 1/2 done
vites: done
exercise: was suppose to walk this AM but got up too late... possible walk with Dogs later today.

WooHoo!! Nearly 24 hours smoke free!! Not too much off plan eating today so that's good!!

B: Plain Greek Yogurt, 2 splendas, 1/4 cup Granola & 1/4 cup mixed fresh fruit (Blueberries, Raspberries, Grapes & Kiwi)
L: Mini Meatloaf w/faux Mashed Potatoes (Cauliflower, sour cream, salt & pepper).
D: Egg Salad (2 eggs, lite mayo, dill relish & mustard), cheezits
S: SF Mocha/Coffee Protein Shake blended with ice (frappe style)
Late S: Almonds/String Cheese
**ate red hots off/on all day-this has been my soother/replacement for the nicotine

Vits: All in except night time Iron
Exercise: 20 minute walk at lunch

Thanks for the tip on the suckers but I'm just not a fan of suckers or gum. Dont know if I am a lucky one or not but I am not super carb sensitive like so many others on the board. I prefer "real sugar" in my candy (gasp!! yes I eat candy occasionally). I am not overly consumed with carb cravings after I partake. However, give me some crackers and I will eat the whole dang box! I'm not doing too bad on the Red Hots today, in fact I havent had any so far! :)
