Iced Protein Coffee Recipe??

I'm just in pre-pre op stage and have been experimenting with different store band proteins. The Atkins Shakes that come in the individual boxes now come in Iced mocha and a Caramel one. I love them both! 15 grams protein

Syntrax Nectar Cappacino - I put ice in it and it's like French Vanilla Iced Coffee to me.

Maybe try that and add sugar free chocolate syrup ?

I'm newly post op so I can't have it anymore just yet, but Click makes an amazing espresso/mocha protein powder. It tastes more like Starbucks than Dunks. It's not whey protein isolate so it's not for everyday use as the only protein you can use, but I throw mine in with some Nectar Vanilla, some Silk Light Vanilla Soy & blend with ice. Addictively good! You can also use Click hot.

Also, I like instant coffee added to either Nectar vanilla or chocolate. The Nescafé CLASSICO packets ($1.35 box!) mix up wayyyy better than the Tasters Choice. I couldn't put my finger on why mine weren't quite as good til I realize they were Tasters Choice instead of Nescafé Classico. The box and packets look almost identical, I didn't even realize I'd bought something different. It just doesn't have the freeze dried taste somehow, more coffee-ish.

Nectar cappuccino is good but kinda cinnamony.

I agree on the differences in the instant coffee. The Nescafe Classico is the best in my opinion. I have bought Tasters Choice when in a bind but I didnt even finish using it. Funny though I will not drink the instant Nescafe as my hot coffee drink. That stuff is NASTY with out the protein powder!! LOL!

That stuff is a treat for sure, I mix one scoop in with another powder and into my coffee.. I forgot all about that stuff, think that's tomorrow for me!

There is a lady named Lori if you search Lori protein coffee she gives a step by step for a carmel frap from starbucks minus the calories with protein. Decaf coffee heavy whipping cream.sugar free carmel syrup from starbucks stevia chocolate protein powder ice and shake in.shaker bottle delicious
