 sure made goal and treats are ok sometimes... but not at the risk of me feeling like crap or heaven-forbid regain.  its a journey!!  never ending!

 I did this exact thing to myself on Sunday! We do the 5 mile March for Babies for the March of Dimes every year. They give out SO much food before and after, it's crazy. So I took a bite of my sons donut and THEN ate the egg/cheese out of the sandwich I got, about halfway though the walk my stomach started yelling at me and by the time we got back to base I was ready to die from the stomach cramps that that sugar/fat was causing. 

It was totally distracted eating for me "Mommy, you want a bite?" while I am doing 24 other things, and I take the darn bite without thinking! I am still a work in progress, and even after all this time I still have so much to figure out! 

We aren't slow, we are just creatures of habit, and habits are hard to break!

 i am a creature of habit for sure!!!  especially when pay close attention to what am doing!  such is life... will hopefully do better next time  :)
