I average 600-800 a day. less than 40 grams of carbs,always 64+ oz water and 60+ grams protein.
I do something 3-4 times a week-mostly brisk walking, and calesthenics--the stuff you hated to do in gym!.
I am starting the 30 day shred DVD this week. I admit I could've done better w/working out but I am happy now.
