I don't remember who mentioned this site in a post on here but I thank you sooooo much!  I am not much of a cook but now that I can eat all foods, I knew it was time to bite the bullet and start cooking.  I have tried four recipes from skinnytaste and they were all awesome!  My husband and oldest kid loved them too.  I coudn't get my younger two to try what I made but that's ok.  As long as I have someone besides myself to cook for, who enjoys what I make, I'm happy.  I just wanted to share this site with you in case you never heard of it!

Thanks for posting this! I was just at my <1yr support group and people were asking about bariatric friendly recipes. I will pass this along! If anyone else has more suggestions that would be great too. I am a big fan of eggface.

I was worried that the photography was going to be better than the food but all have been a success. So far I made the Flounder Piccata, Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Chicken Rollatini w/ Spinach Parm (one bite and it got stuck so I couldn't eat it but it was tasty!) and the Healthy Breaded Shrimp. Not sure yet what I'll be making tonight.
