Hi everyone!

B: 4.5oz. plain nonfat greek yogurt
S: none
L: 2oz. seasoned groud turkey, 1oz Toscano Pepper Cheese, cabbage
S: ??? (hopefully nothing)
L: Chocolate protein shake with 2 tbspn of PB2

Water: 5 cup so far
Vits: on track
Exercise: 20 min. brisk walking on my work break & 45 minutes of Tae Bo this evening

Hi,
I don't know if I'll describe PB2 in the best possible way but its peanut butter in powdered form. 1 serving is 45 calories with 5 grams of protein. I put it in the blender with ice, water & my chocolate protein powder so my shake tastes like a wannabe Reeses Peanut Butter Cup. Hey, it's the closest way to the real thing for me right now.

S: 1/3 cup yogurt with 3 blueberries
D: Wendys Chili in blender 1/2 cup
