Did I Do That?

This morning I got up with lots of energy - so I picked up some around the house, hopped on the recumbent bike for 1/2 hour, then took the 2 dogs for a two mile walk.  I still feel like I have plenty of energy!  Yesterday walked all over DC too.

Yep - I did that, but there is no way I would have last year!  I love my sleeve!

I know what you mean. I can already tell a huge difference in my energy level, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I actually WANT to eat protein and am not too worried about missing carbs. It's like I'm in some kind of Twilight Zone... haha!

 If you think you have a lot more energy now, just wait a couple of months, you'll be super woman!  

I know what you mean about wanting protein - I crave steaks and other protein!  Keep rockin your sleeve!

all I ever seem to do is sleep or go to doctors blah..

It's awesome to recognize these things we can do now that we never could before our surgeries.  I'll be running 3 miles today to train for my 5K race next weekend - sure as hell wouldn't have been doing that a year ago!
