Mocha Frappachino and Maple Oat Scone twice a day.............(still sounds good)

Daily Six Pack Cherry Diet Pepsi......(not so much)

Just stop....... those things were not worth it when I considered the risk/expense of surgery.

I gave up Diet Dr. Pepper when I was 23 after 3 very painful kidney infections.

Never a major smoker (did it for a couple of months in college, but I was too poor)
Don't drink never really did - couple of times in college, but I never got the taste for it.

Gave up chocolate a couple of years ago during a dr. supervised WL program
Gave up caffeine before surgery - sort of. At 2 months post surgery, I started 1 cup each morning. Haven't felt the need to increase it and a lot of times I don't fini****

Protein bars were my most recent addiction, but they are gone now.

For me it is my Pepsi One addiction. I plan to give it up in a couple of weeks. I know it makes my brain fuzzy, I know it hampers weight loss, I know it contains unhealthy chemicals, but I am addicted. I know I will feel better without it.

I drink strong 100% assam tea just one cup each morning and I miss the sugar in it. but oh well....I had a pair of pants on today I haven't worn in 7 years! finally got in them!
