What after pics??? Rich, are you holding out on most of us? You know I'm a cheerleader on My Fitness Pal for all my friends there & we miss out?
No biggie, I want to congratulate you anyway. You are doing awesome & you've been such an inspiration to me since you started posting & kicked butt with your rapid weight loss. I hope to meet your sister Diane next month. I hear so many great things about her.
