Fat free cheese sticks cut into pieces and microwaved on a waxed plate for 1 minute till crisp. Topped with chicken/Tuna salad, pepperoni and cheese, spicy chicken pieces, or any other low/no carb food with some flavor.
A real go to favorite for me.
