Wow! You look great! A huge difference in the confidence behind your smile too   I just got confirmation that my surgery is scheduled for 6/26 and I'm really excited! Nervous too about... everything really. I'm so excited and really think things will be great in the long run, but it's kinda scary to see some of the posts of the people who are struggling right after surgery. Thanks for the inspiration!

Thanks. Ya know, I was really scared about mine too--but sometimes the issues people may have is not always from getting the surgery persay-it may be because they eat something they arent supposed to eat etc--You will be fine! Trust me--I was approved for surgery over a year and a half before I got it and if I would have known it was like this, I would have done it then!

Thanks! I was excersising 4-5 days a week--I did extreme cardio videos about 20-30 min and then 2 days per week I would do the weight bench as well--I now do about 2-3 days per week. I also sometimes do the zumba game as well to shake things up. I get about 60-70g of protein per day/

Amber you look great! How much protein are you getting in? I'm having a hard time finding one that I can tolerate as well. Do you mind sharing what a meal looks like for your in a day?
