I do not mind sharing that info with you. Since I do not use any supp protein, 98% of what I eat is protein. A normal day (like maybe yesterday) is below.
breakfast: protein bread (julieenes bakery 14g protein)
snack: taco meat with cheese, green onion, pickled jalapeno, tomato, sour cream
lunch: same as above
dinner: chicken with light alfredo sauce
I think what helps me is when I snack, I snack on real protein like steak, a jennie o hamburger patty, lunch meat from the deli (so my protein in my snack is 14-20g) so I do that 3-4 times a day because usually my snack is the same food I am eating for lunch or dinner. Hope this helps!
