I use a Food Network™ Immersion Hand Blender I bought on sale at Kohls for about $31.   What I like about it, is it cleans up in 5 seconds in a glass of water, I keep it hooked on my Kitchen tools rack near my sink, unhook it, put it in my glass and I am done in seconds another few to clean it and hang it to air dry...... so easy, so effective......  It comes as pictured and with a wisk attachment and a larger measuring/drinking glass and lid...

I ordered the ninja blender set on qvc. it was 49.95, you get the 48 ounce, a smaller one for chopping, and then 2 sixteen ounce cups, and the ninja sits on top of your bowls, so its really easy. And it turns ice into snow, its really great! Has six blades.
