Week One and soup--what I've been doing.
My doctors rules are: 1-Serving size, 2-Protein more then 15g, 3-Fat less than 5g, 4-Sugar less than 10g
SO....talking about soup and a liquid diet (since I am also on that right now)....I just had the most amazing soup ever for lunch! I had Cambells Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup which was slightly over in the fat (had 7g's)...but you add FF milk to it, and I add GNC unflavored protein powder and then throw it in the magic bullet.....OMG delicious! I have feeling I will be surviving for the next 4 weeks off of that, Broc and cheese (98% FF), and plain cheese soup! YUM!!!

You go, girl! My husband and I were out yesterday and I suggested we eat at Denny's because I knew I could get soup. I had a choice between chicken noodle and broc and cheese and was afraid to try the broc and cheese. I should have gone for it!
I'm going to check out the Campbell's Fiesta Nacho. Right now I'm eating some delicious broth strained from the big kettles of soup you can buy at Whole Foods Market, in this case, Chicken Tortilla!
