Got up this misty morning and slipped out the door with one dog (slipped out so I wouldn't have to take the other one) and did a nice 2.5 miles with lots of hills. Then took the family to a sheep and wool festival at our fairgrounds and walked all over there. Might do 1/2 hour on the recumbant bike tonight!

Today was my rest day, so I'll share what I did this weekend. On Friday, I took the kids to the Zoo in DC. Because of my massive motion sickness we had to get off the metro and walk quite a ways. When I got home and mapped it we walked over 7 miles (including the zoo). My poor son was dead but I felt pretty good. On Saturday I got up and ran 3.5 miles (ok walked/ran) at a pitifully slow pace, then we drove up to Frederick, MD and we walked all over town. Today, I've been a couch potato but tomorrow I'll be doing 3.5 miles on the elliptical.

I did 30 minutes on elliptical, 5 min row machine, 20 min stair climber, and finished the work out with 20 minutes free weights on bosu ball.
