Protein Issues

The first couple of months, I had problems with nausea and used Zofran. It is sublingual and I would use it, before eating and it did help to quell the nausea. Also, an acid reducer or PPI would be very helpful. I still use a PPI. The nausea went away after about 2-3 months. Also, PPI's take a bit of time to work, so I would give it more than one week.

BTW, you are doing great with your protein intake. Much better than I did at your current stage.

How about 2 scoops of powder in the shake instead of one, you could also mix in some Greek yogurt for extra protein and a bit of thickness. Or try some of the clear protein drinks like nectar, I hear fuzzy navel and roadside lemonade are both good. It's hard to really bump up protein without shakes for me too and I'm 16 mo out.

Is it just the liquids that make you feel sick? Do you eat yogurt? I throw a scoop of protien poweder in plain greek yogurt sometimes with a little sweetner and get it in that way.
