I ate egg whites with cheese, or should a say 1 egg white with cheese. Scrambled, hard boiled was horrible at first!

I wasn't allowed to eat eggs until after 6 weeks out. Nutritionist said it is a high allergy food and can upset your system. So just in case, she does not want anyone to get sick on them and ruin the good protein source for themselves early on. I still do not eat them often, might start adding them back in more. So, sorry, I do not know.
