Unjury Unflavored Protein Powder rocks! (If you hate it, say it here.)
I can't stand the stuff. Makes me want to vomit.
I actually bought two big containers of the stuff for after surgery, because everyone likes it, and it's unflavored, right?
erm, no.
It is fairly flavorless, that I will give you. But there's this subtle smell - it's like eating rancid plastic. I tried it with water, with yogurt, with soup, decaf coffee, anything I could think of. No dice. Just turned previously good food nasty.
I ended up getting rid of it. I just couldn't deal with that smell.

I have GOT to remember to use this. I've had it since a little before my surgery almost one year ago. I'm barely making my surgeon's requirements which is 50-70 grams of protein. This would be a very easy way to get in it, if only I will remember. I have to. This would be a very simple way to do that.
Thanks for the reminder :)

I started my protein shakes Friday for my up coming surgery and so far the only flavor I can not stomach is the Chicken no sooner I try to drink it I end up in the bathroom sick I do not know do I have to use it or can I stick with the other flavors I do tomato soup with the unflavored protein shake and I love that but can only drink 6 oz at a time anything after that fills me any ideas I am up to trying.
