Elinas green chicken soup?
Love this soup!! When I make it, I leave enough in the fridge for a week's worth of lunches for work. Then I freeze the rest in "jelly" size canning jars. It is just enough for a meal and they stack well in the freezer. I have to be at work by 7 a.m. so I just grab one on my way out the door, set it on my desk, and by lunch just microwave. The jar will be hot so have to be careful handling it. If I want one for dinner, I just defrost in microwave and heat and eat. So easy!!
