 Does anyone know the calorie and nutrition content of this soup? Protein? Carbs? Etc...
How much do you guys eat at once?

Ran it through Myfittnesspal recipe builder and here is what I got:

Search for Elina.  It is on her page.  It's a great soup her husband created when she first had surgery.  I've only made it once but it is very good.

I wonder if this can be added to the database MFP. I plan on making it when I am a little further out (still figuring out what I can tolerate and what not), and will give it a shot then

That soup is being made in Timbuktu at this point.  :)   I never thought I would start something like this,  It has has been going on for almost three years now.  I get emails from the oddest places, asking me the funniest questions about this soup.  It has taken on a life of its own now.  :)

I gotta be the Timbuktu!!! LOL...This soup is fabbbbb!!!...Love it even more after it freezes..The flavors go BOOOOOMM!!..LOL..Well, when reheated!!!

Need to make my next batch...Kinda over takes my fridge freezer...Can't wait to get in the new house and buy a BIG freezer for Elina's soups!!!...
