Well...It's been 4 months
VSG on 01/17/12
And some days I see no difference, but today I DO see a difference. I am thrilled at how far I've come. I am less than 10 pounds to the half way mark!! I can't believe it! Sometimes though, I get so wrapped up in the scale and its numbers that I get discouraged and forget all that I've accomplished. I may not be the fastest loser, but I'm still dropping and as long as I'm dropping I'm good. The perfectionist in me wants to acheive more, but the realist in me knows I've done a good job. VSG has let me live again! To put things in perspective the other day, I loaded 6 10 pound bags of sugar in my basket, one 5 pound bag, and a one pound bag...No wonder I was tired! That took up almost my entire basket and was heavy! If you ever feel you haven't accomplished much, take the time to load your "weightloss" in a basket at the grocery store...pu**** around a while and then see if you don't feel successful!
So, here's a photo comparison of then and now. The left pic was taken a few hours ago(sorry for the lack of make-up). The right pic was taken at New Year's, just 2 weeks before VSG. Enjoy!

Great perspective and weight loss!
