Keep the pace, keep to the course.
It gets more complicated a few months out because you can eat more but more importantly you get more comfortable with your sleeve and tend to eat differently.
Make sure you stick to a plan, it will come off quicker.
Always slows down when you get close to the "good place" weight.
So get in the strict stuff while it's easier

I have found that doing the arm exersizes with more reps/less weight (I use 5 or 10 lbs) tends to add some bulk to fill up the skin but also defines the muscles so it looks nicer.
It's easy to do the little exersizes. i don't feel like I have to be an Amazon to get it done.
I also run every other day on my treadmill. that helped shape my legs.
