 Thank you everyone! I was getting so down on myself because I gained a pound. I have no idea why. And it's sticking with me but so what. I am changing my body.

I worked out 5x the week before last, 3x last week and started this week off great. That has not happened in 6 years. 

I will definitely work on a smiling pic :)

If I were a tween, I bet that'd be an awesome pic lol. They can take those photos with camera phone like nobody's business!
