Too Much Info but I Have to Ask

This may be too much info but here goes... After a life time of being constipated this week I am not !! I am nearly four months out Not much has changed the last month with regards to eating. Is this a common occurrence?
I am still at about 700 calories per day, 30-40g of carbs and 70-80g of Protien.
The only thing I did different this week was help a friend move. I have noticed lately that I need to eat or drink every couple of hours if I go more than three hours I feel empty and my energy goes down. Sometimes to the point of feeling weak. I Sure don't seem to be able to do hard physical labour all day, like I used to. Maybe I should increase my calories. My weight loss has been slow this month and I haven't dropped anything this past week.
Any insights appreciated

I am guessing you are just now getting fully healed and your system is adjusted to new tummy. I would say this is why you are feeling new empty sensations (btw, you shouldn't go for 2-3 hours without drinking) and constipation is gone.
It is common to hit a stall at 16 or so weeks out too. Seems like the body goes in 8 week cycles for stalls. So sounds normal.
If you are concerned thou go to drug store and ask for ketosticks (ask pharmacist). They are sticks you pee on to see if you are in ketosis (not to be confused with ketoacidosis). Ketosis is what your body goes into when you are burning body fat instead of carbs you eat. This is the objective of our low Carb diet. Whenever I am in doubt I test on these. If i am not happy with result I know I need to crack down. These little tests save my sanity!

At 4 months things change up a bit.
Drink more fluids, it helps.
I've had the same issue since early on so I take Milk of mag about once a week. It helps.
also, feeling weak is usually associated with not enough fluids.
I know some people need more fluids than others. My daughter doesn't feel right unless she's getting in about 100 oz a day. Me it's about 50.

i agree with the above posts. inreasing you water intake should help you stay regular. i also take miralax every day (the walmart brand is just as good and a little cheaper). exercise is another cure for constipation and energy. initially you may feel a little tired - but if you stick with it you should feel your energy levels improve. the great part is - you don't have to join a gym - just walking will do the trick. try 30 - 45 mins a day 3-5 days a week and go from there. you should feel better and you will likely jump start the scale moving.
i walk 60 - 70 minutes a day - 6 days a week - religously. i love it. i have 6 different routes - some are more challenging than others - but it gives me variety and i keep my body guessing by changing up my intensity, distance, time or terrain. i don't eat my added calories - i still stay within 700 calories a day. i know each of our weight loss will be personal - but this is what works for me. prevents constipation, boosts my energy and hopefully continues to maximize my weight loss. hope it helps.
