I have (finally) figured out that I'm allowing myself to get too hungry before I get home from work. I hit the house and don't always make the best choices, no matter how good my intentions are. I think I need to eat a snack either before I leave work, or on the way home. I've been eating lunch around noon, and then nothing until I get home around 5 p.m., when I'm super hungry.
We will always be tweaking/adjusting, working on this!

How true! I sometimes don't eat lunch, as I get busy, then I'm ravenous! I eat dinner than have my 3rd meal later in the evening - a potential recipe for disaster! I do keep string cheese in the little fridge in my office and will have a snack if needed, which is a much more sane way for me to eat. There was an article in last month's WLS program newsletter about snacking, which said it can be a positive thing if used correctly and the right foods are eaten.
