Congratulations! You're going to do great!

I had an aerobics instructor who taught step classes right up to the day she delivered, and she apparently had a ridiculously easy labor and delivery.  Hopefully your docs will give you some great guidance!

Congrats Jennifer!

I'm sure you'll be fine. I have read about increasing the carbs to stay out of ketosis, esp. during early development, but it shouldn't be hard to hit 100g. Like Tiff said, dairy is a good place to start.

As far as exercise, how about yoga or something? I'm a Bikram addict and there's a woman who is 7-8 months pregnant in my classes. Granted, she has probably been doing it forever and she def. modifies as needed, but there's no need to stop exercising just because you are pregnant, but cardio kickboxing might not be something you can do 6,7,8 months in. :)

but again, CONGRATS!

Thanks, Michelle.  I hope all is well with you.  At this time I drink unsweetened almond milk but it wont hurt my feelings to drink actual cow's milk!

I'm definitely going to continue working out with modifications.  Yeah, I can't picture someone with a big ol' belly kicking/hitting the crap out of the punching bags!
