Hi there -
I bought a huge tub of Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel and don't seem to like it.
If you like it and use it can you please share some ideas with me.  I have tried it in Crystal light and water.

Thanks!  Kristin

I drink it daily just in water. It doesnt mix as well as the label says so i use normal water (no ice and not really cold), once its mixed i add a few ice cubes in it. The flavor to me is really strong so i tend to mix it in a 24 oz cups.

I am convensed that drinking protein drinks is an acquired taste. I can no longer taste the protein in fuzzy navel flavor. Initially the pink grapefruit had the least amount of protein taste to me. I think you have to keep trying to see what works for you.

This is exactly what I do!  I prefer the strawberry kiwi.

I purchased the variety box of Syntrax.  I tried several of them, including the Fuzzy Navel and I didn't like it at all.  Glad I didn't buy the big tub.

I have an idea, not sure if it would work.. but since it's getting warmer- I've been on a protein ice-pop kick.

Mix the fuzzy navel with about 6oz of room temp water- (mixes best when water isn't cold) add in a container of greek yogurt.. doctor the taste to your needs with Splenda or whatnot and freeze in popcicle molds.. Creamy-ish protein pops? I also may recommend instead of GY, since that can be sour, trying it with Kroger Carbmaster peach or vanilla flavor.. Use as little or as much water as needed to make the flavors work.. that's what I'd try.. and may just give it a whirl with the grapefruit flavor I have..

Another idea- and this is how I make my frozen treats- whip the mix directly INTO the yogurt with a hand-mixer, and spoon the mix into the mold.. It makes a fudgier pop, at least with the protein powders I've been using (not Nectars though, so not sure how well it would blend.. worth a try?)

I bought a rub of Fuzzy Navel last week and the cashier lady told me if ai didn't like it I could take it back.  I returned it the next day.  Powder protein tends to have this rotten smell to it that I just can't stand.
