I haven't tried it but my friend uses a little OJ ( like 4 oz) then 4 oz water w/ it. She loves it.
I tried the Unjury Chicken soup and purchased like 10 pkgs cause it got such good reviews on here and didn't like it @ ALL! I might try it mixed in some soup recipes?

HI, I don't like fuzzy navel so I never tried it. but my husband drinks it... he puts it in about 24 oz water and adds orange MIO to taste, then after it's mixed well he adds a few ice cubes. I perfer twisted cherry n strawberry kiwi :-)
