I'm assuming you don't mean the fruit ones? Shall I just make myself a bunch with Crystal Lite before I head south? I don't recall seeing any sugar free, calorie free ones in he store, but I haven't looked for them, either.

Nah..just go to your local grocery store and they have sugar-free popsicles and fudgesicles as well. Walmart has a 15 pack for about $1.99.

Did you have Dr Aceves too? In the 3 years I've been haunting these boards I've seen his name SO many times, and always with positive comments. When I realised that I needed to just do it, he was my first choice. (I did research others, and even sent a few emails, but I think I made a good choice)

Yes, I was there in late February. You made a good choice, t the care there is excellent.
