Wow I love reading these sucessful posts.  I was sleeve on Jun 5th 2012 and only a few days out and still have that niggling feeling in the back of my mind, will this actually work for me.  Of course I know lodgically it will, but there is still that voice there.  So many years of trying I guess.  Thanks everyone for your posts.

Just keep thiniking like that little engine that could. I know I can I know I can I know I can. You will be feeling soo much better and stronger and ultimately won't regret this a bit. Welcome to the losers bench.

It's so nice to see your post Rich. You have inspired me even before your surgery because I could tell how determined you were to be successful & you are! Keep plugging away, you are awesome!!!
