Finally hit the elusive 150 pounds lost mark!
I was at a plateau for about the last ten days, sitting on 149 pounds gone since my initial surgical consult. But this morning, the scale finally budged and I hit the magical number of 150 pounds lost. There is just something special about nice round numbers like that, isn't there?? I never knew I could feel so energetic and pain-free and happy! The VSG was without a doubt the best decision I have ever made for myself. I actually see myself having a long, healthy life. I used to think that I was on "borrowed time", and was sure I was going to die prematurely. But not anymore. Anyone who is considering this procedure should absolutely DO IT!!!
Ready for my world to change!
