I have discovered the secret to drinking lots of water.
I'm just lucky this didn't happen last year when we were having a huge draught and heat wave.
Thanks! I keep waiting to get my face back. It has been so many years since I had it, I'm not sure I'll recognize it. I remember that when I hit around 180-185 I was aware of a real change in my face, and I hated it. Clearly not enough to stay under 180, though.

Would love some of that heat here in canada, it might have got to 70 here today, I am still freezing lol.
I refill my G2 bottles with water and mio, drink one before breakfast, one between breakfast and lunch, one between lunch and supper then one after supper heading to bedtime. Sometimes more but it works out to be 96 oz a day. Hopefully in the heat of our summer I will be able to get more water in, I drink it at room temp for now. I don't count my protein shake as fluids since I count them as a meal for protein.
Starting couch to 5k tomorrow so figure I will want more water, coworker and I decided every Tues and Thurs after work but I might continue everyday since I walk the distance anyways just depending how I feel the next day but my coworker doesn't walk with me most days, do have to pack some stuff to wear after work to run in.

I normally walk by myself eight to ten times a week, to and from work, it takes me thirty five mins one way. Half of each way is all up hill. One way I climb a cliff, too steep to come down it but coming down I talk 70 stairs lol yep counted them. The hill before with the cliff I told coworkers I would die going up there so after a few months of my surgery and climbing that hill a coworker asked me how I was doing with the hill, I said heck I have been walking all the way to where I park my car which is a long way across the bridge. I increased my distance fast once I started.
