It is a cardio workout

She's got a bunch of different Turbo Jam workouts. I really like it. It's kind of like a boxing/dancing thing. She plays good music during the workouts which is a nice change lol.

this helps to keep me going when i exercise indoor, playing my favorite music, music that i grew up with and that has good rhythm, harmony, good tunes, good instrumentals, good vocals, such as The Four Tops, Michael Jackson, Elton John, Elliott Yamin, Alicia Keys, BabyFace, Tevin Campbell,  and wide variety of popular music of the 70s.

exercising outdoors this spring has been easy because the weather is beautiful and not humid yet and i want to take advantage of this while it is still cool.

I tried water aerobics yesterday and I LOVED it! It was actually much harder than I expected and my muscles are slightly sore today. Everyone in the class was so nice plus because most of your body is under water you don't have to worry about looking dumb... So I will now be taking this class twice a week PLUS I will try out the step class this weekend.
I tend to like classes more than individual exercise as it helps we want to go if I know people are expecting me to be there...

Bonus: It was 105 yesterday so the pool felt GREAT!!

My motivation is to make it to GOAL by December! I have about 60 pounds to go!

I have been wanting to try that! Water areobics for me this weekend! Did you use the weights?

Step was a little much for me, but I love Zumba!

No weights but for a little bit we used floats which offered resistance in the water and they had webbed gloves for us to that also increased the workout.

I tried Zumba but I a sad to say that my body just does not move that way... :)
