Delicious New Discovery!
I went into Whole Foods (aka Whole Paycheck) today, looking for something for lunch. In their deli/prepared foods case they had turkey enchiladas. They were HUGE. Around 6 inches long, maybe longer, and a huge amount of ground and chunk turkey as the stuffing. I double checked--no bread or flour or anything starchy in the stuffing. It was kind of like a big long hunk of Mexican meat loaf with a very thin tortilla wrapped around it. I bought it, ate about a third, and it was DELICIOUS.

I brought the other part home and weighed it--7 ounces. And I appear to have found the nutritional info it online, although I had to do a double take at the calories being so low. But it makes sense, since the main thing there is just turkey. 390 calories for the whole thing. High in protein.
And delicious.
It cost about $8 with tax so wasn't cheap, but it will make 3 meals for me so that's a good deal.
Anybody else run across any good deals, VSG-wise?
