OT: Advice needed, bad bronchitis.. right before a major trip!

I'm a singer and vocal coach and have been teaching kids and adults how to sing for over 20 yrs,  I've had my bouts with bronchitis along with many of my students.  Anytime I have a singing event, conference, or recording session coming down the pike and I'm having issues with my voice, I get a prednisone shot from my doc and then start a 10 day round of meds.  Usually prednisone...take 10 day 1, 9 day 2, 8 day 3, etc...usually by the 2nd or 3rd day I feel 100% better!  Ask your doctor what he/she thinks will work best for you!
