Hey everyone,Well i wanted to share with my VSG family.Yesterday i hit my first mini goal...I weight in at 399.4.Sometimes i can admit that it feels like i'm losing slowly and then i realize that i lost 55pds in three months. If can lose another 55 pds in the next three months thats going to put me at 110pds gone.I'm so happy that i decided to go ahead and have my sleeve.I'm finally over my head hunger.I can finally drink water without any issues and i've learned to chew chew chew because i got tired of throwing up because i was eating too fast.My clothes are starting to fit baggy and i've noticed that my collarbone is peaking out.Everyone around me is noticing that i'm losing weight although i can see it myself i know its happening.Next months i have my three month follow up....My next mini goal is reach 375 and i know that i'm going to do itt....If you MFP feel free to add me EVERCHANGING84

Congratulations! It feels good to be a loser!
Keep up the good work! It has been almost six months for me and I lost 70 lbs. 39 more pounds to go until I reach my goal weight! That head hunger is something else! Every now and then I still have problems with it. Did you lose alot of your hair! I already had then hair. Now I can see my scalp and I bothers me. But the weight loss was worth it! Because my hair will grow back! Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to seeing your before and after pics! Have a blessed evening!

Overall i'm feeling pretty damn good. Its a weird feeling when i look in the mirror and see my collabone peaking out something that i've not seen in years. My surgery and recovery was textbook and i thank god for that...>The only issue that i had was the constipation that was no fun.You will get there.Just be prepared for a journey.
