OMG .. ok now I am freaked out. I am 3 1/2 months out and when I come my hair I get a few strands. So, is this what I have to look forward too.. WOW now I am scared

It doesn't happen to everyone. I am over 6 months out with almost no loss. I know that could change at anytime, but thus far I have dogged that bullet. I eat over 100 grams protein daily though with calories between 1000-1200 typically.

Wow! Thats crazy... I know it comes with the territory of rapid weight loss for many. Wish there was an easy cure for it.

Fortunately I shave my head so if I have had hair loss I dont see it...

My hair was super thick and long when I started losing it. I pulled at least that much out every single day until I cut 9 inches off of it. I've even cut another 4 inches off since then. I am lovin' the super short hair and not having to clean the drains any more!!

That hair was wet and clumped together/matted. If anyone lost that amount of hair daily I think they'd be bald in a week. It literally felt like I was holding a piece of a wig. I was so shocked!
